For 4.5 years, our Founder worked at Elizabeth Barron Consulting, partnering closely with founders, executives, and HR leaders in growing businesses. The work was hands-on and close to the action. Getting under the hood of businesses as they navigate growth, change, and increasing complexity.
And over time, a consistent pattern emerged - it wasn’t strategy that held businesses back. It was execution. More specifically, how leaders led, how teams operated, and how well people, structure, and strategy were aligned.
That’s where performance was either built… or lost.
From Individual Practice to Designed Capability
What started as a personal consulting practice evolved into something broader. The challenges weren’t isolated to individuals or teams. They sat across leadership, team dynamics, and the organisation's design for performance.
Solving them properly required more than advice - it required building capability across the business. MesoWorks was created to do exactly that, as a shift in how impact is delivered.
