Launching MesoWorks: Performance by Design

Big shifts are happening - and this time, it’s my own.

For the past 4.5 years, I’ve been working under the banner of Elizabeth Barron Consulting. It started with me - consulting, coaching, and partnering closely with founders, executives, and HR leaders who wanted to unlock the potential of their people. Over that time, I’ve had the privilege of getting under the hood of fast-growing businesses, helping them find clarity, strengthen leadership, and design the conditions for performance.

But like many of the businesses I support, I’ve been evolving too. And it’s time to reflect these changes.

From Elizabeth Barron Consulting to MesoWorks

What began as a personal consulting practice has grown into something bigger. I’m no longer just working as an individual. I’m expanding the offering, building a team, and surrounding myself with a cohort of trusted experts who bring complementary skills and perspectives.

That’s why I’m so excited to introduce MesoWorks - a new name, a sharper focus, and the same commitment to helping leaders build teams for sustainable performance.

Why the change? Because we’re building for scale too.

MesoWorks captures where we do our best work: at the centre of strategy and execution, leadership and team dynamics - designing the conditions where performance isn’t just possible, but repeatable.


Growing With Hannah and Our Expert Network

This next chapter isn’t mine alone. I’m excited to welcome Hannah Myers, who joins MesoWorks as People & Performance Consultant

With experience across performance frameworks, team dynamics, and change management, Hannah brings calm precision and practical insight to even the messiest challenges. She’s known for helping leaders embed the people, systems, and habits that lift performance and create cultures that stick.

We’ve worked together before, so we know each other well. She’s an incredible talent to have by my side, and I’m grateful the timing lined up perfectly for us to build this next chapter together.

Alongside Hannah, we’re also continuing to tap into a network of trusted experts - specialists in leadership coaching, finance, payroll, customer experience, creative comms, and growth. These collaborators bring the right solution at the right time. For our clients, this means access to capability that scales with them, without the overhead or cookie-cutter playbooks.
